Honey Cup Coffee Co. got its start as a trailer parked at the corner of Hudson and Summit in the summer of 2021, but several months ago they made a move indoors to The Rambling House, just down Hudson.
In addition to their house-made sodas, Rambling House is known as an intimate music venue, hosting concerts most Wednesdays through Sundays.
So Honey Cup is the perfect day-time tenant. Using Brioso Coffee they whip up espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, matcha.
You’ll also find a rotating seasonal menu. With the colder weather they’ve turned toward rich and spicy drinks.
I can attest to the quality of espresso.
And the miel latte – aka a honey latte – is the perfect warm-up for the winter.
With plenty of open space, Rambling House is great for studying, working, hanging out.
Find Honey Cup 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends.
