You know I’m always on the lookout for breakfast, and I’m happy to have found one close to home.
A new breakfast pop-up called Big Apple Breakfast Co. has soft opened inside the Worthington Pizza Primo (895 High St.), with a grand opening planned for Monday, Dec. 5.
Big Apple is run by Brian Iarocci, who works at Pizza Primo. He’s making use of the space on weekday mornings from 7-11 a.m., although he’s already participating in some special events, like Porch Growler’s World Cup showing on Saturday morning, Dec. 3.
The menu covers four breakfast dishes, plus coffee, hash browns, fruit cups, and orange juice.
This is The Bodega: over easy egg with American cheese and your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham on a kaiser roll.
The Corner Store features a pair of crispy waffles with hot chicken strips plus syrup.
And The Coffee Shop is a helping of baked French toast sticks, dusted with powdered sugar and served with syrup.
Find Big Apple Breakfast Co. inside Worthington Pizza Primo, 895 High St., from 7-11 a.m. weekdays and 8-1 p.m. Saturdays. Follow them on Facebook, at @bigapplebreakfastco on Instagram, or order online at bigapplebreakfastcotogo.com.
